Once again the International Tourism Trade Fair (FITUR) is being held in Madrid, celebrating its’ 37th anniversary. Between the dates 18th and 22nd of January the expositions center and IFEMA event will be providing the necessary space for this global encounter of professionals in the tourism sector, the leading fair for iberoamerican receptive and origin markets.

In its latest edition in 2016, FITUR beat the participation record  with 9.605 exhibitor companies from 164 countries or regions, 124.659 professionals and 107.213 non-professional visitors, not counting  the 7.184 journalists that reported all over the world everything that was going on during this tourism fair. Furthermore, the fair has also shown an increase in number of business meetings that have been planned and handled at all of the different B2B spots at FITUR, reaching a number of 6.200 appointments.

For the reasons mentioned and many others, the hotel factory has been preparing to take part in this tourism fair. Not only as a visitor, during these 5 days of the event the hotel factory has organized many meetings with former, current and future clients in the available spaces within the venue.

But that is not everything, the most important is that the hotel factory organizes together with Borbalán and Passion for Gastronomy the #WanderlustMadrid2017 Pop-Up Tourism Event; hosted by CaixaBank.

It will be celebrated during the evening of Wednesday 18th of January, a peak moment in Madrid when thousands of professionals are looking for an alternative of leisure.

It will be a relaxed meeting with professionals, owners and senior managers and directors from the world of tourism, in one of the best gastronomic spaces of Madrid in which you can taste a unique and exclusive menu, personally created by Alberto Chicote. All participants will enjoy a surprising experience and at the same time discover a vision on hotel tourism from over the last few years.
