Back in 2009 the hotel factory opened its doors in Palma de Mallorca. Due to the growing demand in the hotelier market and consultancy projects during the last years, highlighting the success of conceptualisation and repositioning projects, asset management and transaction, the hotel factory is increasing its workforce to be able to respond to this demand. Therefore, the company’s associates decided to turn the office in Madrid into the company’s new “headquarters”, to continue recruiting the best candidates, giving them the possibility to settle in Palma de Mallorca or Madrid.

The former office in Madrid was located in the Ortega y Gasset Street. However, we have moved to a bigger office that meets the needs of our new team. Our new office follows the same line as the company; its diaphanous, with big windows that allow the light to enter , situated in the centre of the capital and with a very personal image.

The new new office is located in Calle Principe de Vergara 86 right on the corner of General Oráa, in the lively Salamanca area next to the known Calle María de Molina where the prestigious Business School (IE Business School) is situated.

The office in Madrid will initially count with@Miguel Salom and 5 consultants: @Ana Herrán, @Paloma Rodríguez, @Pedro Fenollar, @Ariadna Planella y @Camila L.Ortiz.Most of them already joined the office in Palma de Mallorca for a period of time before heading to the new office, in order to become familiar with the systems, methodologies and techniques which they have already applied now. In that way we will continue to provide the same quality of service to our clients.

We hope to keep on growing and reach soon a total of 10 consultants in this “headquarter” and carry on offering to our sophisticated clients the personalized services we already offer in a manner of being closer, taking profit of the new geographical situation to internationalize the company.
