This past Thursday 23th of February the 30th Salon of Executive Employment has taken place in Palma de Mallorca which was Organized by the Department of Employment together with the ESERP University Foundation. At this important event (held simultaneously at the different ESERP headquarters) national, multinational companies, Human Resources consultants and Head Hunters attended the ESERP Job Fair with the objective of incorporating professionals into their current or future selection processes.

In this way, the companies and entities that attend the show announce their policies and their open or future processes, professional development in the company, their activity and corporate culture. And so, students of University Degrees or Master studies could personally present their CV and their candidacy directly to the people responsible for selecting and attracting talent to the companies and entities that attended the ESERP Job Fair.

In the last edition, 150 companies of 20 different sectors participated in the event at the ESERP headquarters (located in Barcelona, Madrid and Palma de Mallorca). There were 1,500 candidates from 15 different studies and more than 5,210 interviews were carried out, closing in many cases representative agreements for the students.

the hotel factory has attended to this appointment and we can say that it has been a success. We have been able to see in firsthand the interest that our work and our company cause among the participants of the event.

We have answered many questions about our company, our projects and the experience or studies needed to integrate into our team. More than forty curriculums have been presented and we have been able to approach the rest of the participating companies that made up the Salon.

We must also mention that the hotel factory has been one of the six companies (together with Hundredrooms, Ok Group, Habitissimo, Lanzadera Calvia and Hotelbeds Group) to be able to get recognition of their professional career and their corporate culture by giving a 15 minutes speech in which the companies were able to present who they are, what sets them apart from the rest and some of their most successful cases up to day.

On March 16th, the Madrid Executive Salon will be held and the hotel factory will be there. With the desire to be able to introduce ourselves to new students, talk to potential candidates and be able to contact the companies that will attend this year’s Job Fair.
