In the hotel factory we are in a continuous process of expansion, due to the high demand of repositioning and asset management projects desired by our clients. For this reason, we are focusing a great part of our time and effort on capturing the best talent to join our company, coming from the best universities in Spain and abroad.
The hotel factory has had a long standing relationship with IE Business School, and several current members of the company are alumni, such as Bernat Cañellas, partner and MBA 95, Toni Vila senior team leader and PADG 2016 and Nuria Salvá team leader and PADG 2017. Thus, it was decided to organize a day of talent recruitment at this business school.
Therefore, on Tuesday the 13 of June, the hotel factory organized a presentation of the company, highlighting cases of repositioning success in Marbella, Tenerife, Mallorca and Valencia, as well as numerous international projects carried out in the last eight years. And apart from that, they organized a recruitment session for the talented students of the Master in Management and the Bachelor in Business Administration at the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid.
After the presentation, the students had the opportunity to ask the partners of the hotel factory about the day-to-day business functions and the strategic vision of the company in the future. This way, it became an interactive session in which information flowed in both directions.
“Our vision reflected in the 2020 strategic plan includes the opening of an office in Miami to better serve the Caribbean market and become a global reference in repositioning and asset management projects“
Thanks to the excellent organization by the team at IE Business School led by Raquel Rolo, the hotel factory was able to present some initiatives for the improvement of the balance of work and personal life that are being carried out within projects to make the hotel factory a reference company for the attainment and development of millennial talent.
Once the selection processes are completed during the next week, five candidates are expected to join the Madrid office.
