Within Spain, multiple hotels have implemented this strategy and Meli\u00e1 Hotels International has even become a benchmark within this area.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Among the many choices that hotel companies incorporate in their portfolio of products and services of <em>upselling<\/em>, there are more and more hotels that are adding a line of exclusive or <em>premium<\/em> products and services.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is in an attempt to offer the client a more personalized service and separated from the masses and lines waiting at the same hotels; starting with an individualized <em>check-in<\/em> that is tailored to their needs, and including accomodation in one of the best rooms in the hotel. On several occasions there are also superior products including access to a reserved area of the building; prestigious lounges; or the <em>exclusive gold or club floors<\/em>\u2026<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Becoming a <em>benchmark<\/em> of leading international hotel chains, Meli\u00e1 Hotels International, is identified for its prestigious <em>Red Level<\/em>, as one of the \u201c<em>best in class<\/em>\u201d in matters of <em>exclusive<\/em> services companies. In this case, associated with the the Gran Meli\u00e1 brand, the <em>Red Level<\/em> offers a unique plan: superior rooms with the best views of the resort or hotel, <em>premium services<\/em> including butlers (<em>Red Glove Service<\/em>), access to the open bar serving free snacks and an entire pool area and solarium reserved just for these members.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other hotel companies of note are Iberostar Hotels &amp; Resorts and Fuerte Hotels. The first has a new concept of exclusive services in its hotels. The Iberostar Suites Jardin de Sol (Mallorca) and the Iberostar Bouganville Playa (Tenerife) offer personalized customer service, Prestige Star rooms, free <em>late check-out<\/em>, exclusive areas and daily newspapers.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fuerte Hotels in turn, created the business line \u201cFuerte Hotels <em>Exclusive<\/em>\u201d which includes a VIP check-in until 6 pm, access to exclusive lounges, accommodations in its best rooms with sea views, as well as more general benefits like Wi-Fi, luxury <em>amenities<\/em>, in-room <em>coffee stations<\/em>, a pillow menu and <em>premium<\/em> mattresses to ensure a perfect night of rest for each guest.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In our projects, the commitment to these products has been a success for our clients.
