Given the starting point and\/or expectations are different among the participants, new concepts for some, updating for others, and <\/span><b>positioning in the company for all.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This way, we can achieve a course that adds value, that guarantees the <\/span><b>attendance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>predisposition<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of the students, a critical factor in being able to take advantage of this credit.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>With the subsidized training, everyone benefits. The workers win, achieving a higher qualification, the company, with a more competent team, and the client, with a better service.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To favor the correct management of credits for courses it\u2019s necessary to comply with rigorous regulations regarding their organization and documentation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The company must be involved in the planning of the training, along with FUNDAE (former <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fundaci\u00f3n Tripartita<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), the training center, or external entities, as information and documentation about the courses must be presented to FUNDAE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So what can be done to ensure this communication is easy?
