However, while the housekeeping staff does not interact continuously with the guests, it is the department that has direct access to guests\u2019 most intimate space, the room. Hence, hotel guests value cleanliness excellence while having their personal belongings treated with care and delicacy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Given the importance of the department&#8217;s impact on the final customer satisfaction, while developing <\/span><b>SOP&#8217;s <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Standard Operating Procedures) is crucial to reflect the company&#8217;s values and culture, as it can be an asset to the <\/span><b>hotel&#8217;s online reputation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. In order to accomplish this, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the hotel factory<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> collaborates in the design of the SOP&#8217;s, taking care of the <\/span><b>smallest details<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The way employees must enter in the guest&#8217;s room depending on the situation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The appropriate wording to use for each type of guest.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How to treat guests&#8217;
