Those who look only to the past are certain to miss the future.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Through our training and coaching formula we want to change people\u2019s attitudes, <\/span>enhance<\/b> new styles of leadership<\/b> and <\/span>ways of working<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Investing in training is profitable<\/b>, more training, more profits, although not directly, but through a catalyst that is in which it actually invests a company when trains its people… EFFECTIVENESS, MOTIVATION AND PRODUCTIVITY.<\/span><\/p>\n What is the difference between Training and Coaching?<\/b><\/p>\n Training<\/b> is a <\/span>group<\/b> activity<\/b> and <\/span>Coaching<\/b> is an <\/span>individual<\/b> one, although we can also do <\/span>Coaching with a team<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The main difference is that through <\/span>Training<\/b> we work with the <\/span>professional<\/b> in a collective manner developing both technical and interpersonal skills.
