Therefore, in this post we will talk about one of the international destinations that, thanks to our the trust of our international clients, has provided us with great professional opportunities for more than 8 years: <\/span><b>Croatia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After some difficult years, Croatia is bringing out its most valuable assets: crystalline waters, medieval cities, respect for the environment and its cultural traditions. So much so that the tourist sector of the destination has experienced a strong growth, obtaining a record number of <\/span><b>18.6 million travelers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in <\/span><b>2018<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a growth of 7.1% compared to the previous year, and an accumulated growth of 19.8% compared to 2016. To a lesser extent, <\/span><b>overnight stays<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in accommodation establishments in <\/span><b>2018<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> also experienced a <\/span><b>growth of<\/b> <b>4.0%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, compared to the previous year, with an accumulated growth of 14.6% since 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the other hand, its capital, Zagreb, has been chosen as host of the electoral convention to elect the new leader of the European Council, Donald Tusk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Given this growth, Croatian authorities have decided to launch the Croatian Tourism Strategic Plan for 2020 which aims, among others, to reform of some existing hotels and to <\/span><b>increase<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the number of <\/span><b>hotel<\/b> <b>rooms<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> by <\/span><b>20,000 units<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. According to the Economic and Commercial Office of Spain in Zagreb, in 2019 the construction of <\/span><b>45 new hotels<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on the Adriatic coast is planned.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the hotel factory<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> has had the opportunity to participate in several hotel projects in the destination that have resulted <\/span><b>successful<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
